General Terms and Conditions
All our rooms are non-smoking. Please kindly note that penalty of 200€ will be charged for smoking in the room.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
The rooms are available from 4PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11AM on the day of departure.
City Tax is not included in the rates : 3,30€ per person per night – payment directly on site.
This amount may change at any time according to the decision of the Town Hall.The hotel has a secure and free parking for the guests.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
Low Season
Deposit of 30% is required and charged at the moment of reservation.
Free modification / cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival.
The deposit is not refunded in case of late modification / cancellation.
Full stay will be charged in case of no-show or early departure.
Shoulder Season
Deposit of 30% is required and charged at the moment of reservation.
Free modification / cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival.
The deposit is not refunded in case of late modification / cancellation.

High Season
Deposit of 50% is required and charged at the moment of reservation.
Free modification / cancellation until 21 days prior to arrival.

Deposit of 50% is required and charged at the moment of reservation.
