The Cure Déclic 2023

The Cure Déclic 2023 includes

• 3 personal meetings with a coach-nutritionist with all body measurements, including the measurement of body composition by impedancemetry at the beginning and at the end of the treatment.

• Creation of a personalized meal plan that will also be adapted for the after cure and 1 dietary follow-up consultation by phone (Facetime or other) 2 weeks after the cure.

• 3 personalized coaching sessions (1 indoors and 2 outdoors depending on the weather).

• 1 or 2 group training sessions per day suitable for all levels (Yoga, muscle strengthening, circuit training (possibility of doing part of the trainings on the beach), water walking, aquagym in the sea, hiking).

• 1 hiking session followed by a “Healthy” snack at the beach.

• Accommodation (7 nights).

• Welcome Amenity « Healthy » on arrival.

• Herbal teas and infusions without sugar available all day at Reception.

• Full Board :

  • Healthy breakfast (table service; personalized menu developed according to the instructions of a dietician)
  • Healthy lunch (starter/main course OR main course/dessert; table service; personalized menu developed according to the instructions of a dietician)
